Manuka Fusion 250g / 125g / 85g 8.8oz / 4.4oz / 3oz

Manuka fusion is very successful blend of Manuka and Kamahi Honey. It combines the notable taste of Manuka honey with the sweeter Kamahi honey to result in a special honey well worth its place on the breakfast table.

Manuka is predominantly a New Zealand East Coast honey from the flowers of the Manuka bush. Of all honey types it is one New Zealands most famous.

Kamahi bears flowers of small, pink or white flowers from July to January. It generally occurs with other broadleaf trees, at times acting as a pioneer species which is eventually succeeded by the Southern beeches (Nothofagus spp.) It reaches 25 m (82 ft) or more in the south-eastern South Island.
