Inks are waterbased and supplied by Mainland Inks Ltd. Boxes are glued using Henkel cold adhesive 218.148ALV which is non-toxic and waterbased. Product complies with F.D.A. parts 21CFR 175.300, 176.170, & 176.180. The cardboard meets F.D.A. regulations Title 21, parts 170-199 dated 1st April 2002, and MAF IS6 dated 1st October 1999. No banned substances listed in “Restriction of Hazardous Substance Directive 2002/95/EC” are present in the manufacture process.
